2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy
sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. oat flour (optional: can use white or whole wheat)
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. garlic powder
Butter flavored cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place soy sauce in a shallow dish.
Combine sesame seeds, flour, pepper, ginger and garlic powder in
a large zip-lock plastic bag. Coat each piece of chicken and then
place in bag. Seal and shake. Place on a baking dish that has been
sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. If there is any remainder
of dry ingredients, pour over tops of chicken. Spray tops of chicken
breasts well. Bake 30 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
