PERSONAL TRAINING My personal training philosophy is that there is some part of exercising or a training routine that you can find interest in or find time in your busy lifestyle for. It might include playing tennis and then jogging or calisthenics, lifting weights for a specific sport you are passionate about (ex. increasing your running time and technique) or just giving you more energy to enjoy your family and down time. My style of training people is to find out as much about their everyday life I can, mostly about their interests, how much free time they get and how much time do they spend working. By doing this I can develop a program that will interest them and become part of their everyday life. I am very passionate about what I do, I practice what I preach and try to be a good role model to my clients. It is not just a job for me. I can't think of any other thing I would enjoy more. I consider myself blessed I get to participate in a sport that I love and it is connected to what I do for a living. My goal in training my clients is that I create an exercise program for them to either help with an injury, tie in to a sport they love, introduce a beginner regimen that will not be intimidating and interest them or raise the bar on the level they are already at. I do this through not only resistance exercises but changing their diet to perform better and give a higher quality of living. On this site, I will provide a number of training tips and information to help any one in their fitness goals.
